Set up as a First Time User

Instructions for accessing your account for the very first time.

How does it Work?

WARNING! - Double check with your portfolio administrator before resetting your password because your account may have already been set up to use your institutional log in details.

  1. Contact your portfolio administrator to obtain your username and a URL for the instance you are assigned to.
  2. Navigate to the URL using any web browser (KOLOLA is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and many others).
  3. Click the log-in button, then click the "Reset Password" link.
  4. Type your username in to the search box and click the 'Reset Password' button. If a valid username was entered, a message will appear telling you the e-mail address the password reset link has been sent to (this will usually be your institutional e-mail address).
  5. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to reset your password. If you can't find it, try your spam folder, otherwise you may need to contact the portfolio administrator to change the e-mail address assigned to your username.
  6. You can now sign in with your new password.
